Here is a list of documents we ask for so that we can advise you on your most suitable mortgage. Just because we ask for them does not mean the lender we put an application to will need them. It just gives us a greater understanding about you and your company.
List of requirements:
- 3 Years Company Accounts
- 3 Years SA302 forms (available direct from HM Revenue or your Accountant can request them but only of they submit your Personal Tax Return for you
- 3 Years Tax Year Overviews (again these can be obtained from your Accountant)
By having the above documents this enables us to look at the lenders criteria and see which lender your circumstances fit with.
Some lenders work on using your Net Income before Tax plus Salary and other lenders use Salary and Dividends.
